"Parcel" or "Parcels" shall mean any one or more of the Agency Parcel, Acquisition Parcels, <br /> City-Transfer Parcel or City-Retained Parcel, as the context in which such term is used <br /> may require or reasonably imply. <br /> "Parking Rights Agreement" shall have that meaning set forth in Section 518 of this Agreement. <br /> "Parking Structure Contribution" shall have that meaning set forth in Section 718 of this <br /> Agreement. <br /> "Parking Structure Project" shall have that meaning set forth in Section 107 of this Agreement. <br /> "Parking Structure Project Costs" shall have that meaning set forth in Section 51 $ of this <br /> Agreement. <br /> "Parking Structure Security" shall have that meaning set forth in Section 518 of this Agreement. <br /> "Participating Parcels" shall have that meaning set forth in ~ of this Agreement. <br /> "Permitted Exceptions" means exceptions to the title of the Acquisition Parcels which have been <br /> approved by Developer. <br />"Pre-Acquisition Budget" shall have that meaning set forth in Section 303(A) of this Agreement. <br />"Pre-Acquisition Costs" shall have that meaning set forth in Section 304(A) of this Agreement. <br />"Pre-Construction Design Budget" shall have that meaning set forth in Section 518 of this <br /> Agreement. <br />"Preliminary Report" shall have that meaning set forth in ~ of this Agreement. <br />"Project" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 107 of this Agreement. <br />"Project Approvals" shall have that meaning set forth in ~ of this Agreement. <br />"Project Drawings" shall have that meaning set forth in ~ of this Agreement. <br />"Project EIR" shall have that meaning set forth in Section 103 (A)(4) of this Agreement. <br />"Project Guidelines" shall have that meaning set forth in Section 502 of this Agreement. <br />"Project Site" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 106. <br />"Public Parking Structure" shall have that meaning set forth in Section 11)7 of this Agreement. <br />"Redevelopment Area" shall have that meaning set forth in Section 105 of this Agreement. <br />"Redevelopment Plan" shall have that meaning set forth in Section 104 of this Agreement. <br />"Resolution Deadline Date" shall have that meaning set forth in Section 303(A) of this <br /> Agreement. <br />"Resolution of Necessity" shall mean that certain resolution of necessity required to be adopted <br /> by the Agency pursuant to Section 1245.220 et seq. of the California Code of Civil <br /> Procedure prior to commencing an eminent domain proceeding. <br /> "Revolving Fund" shall have that meaning set forth in ~l;~il~l.2d~]~of this Agreement. <br /> "Retail-Cinema Project Guidelines" means the narrative description of the architecture, <br /> circulation and landscape design characteristics of the Retail-Cinema Project. <br />"Seaport Subarea" shall have that meaning set forth in Section 105 of this Agreement. <br />"Schedule of Performance" shall have that meaning set forth in ~ of this Agreement. <br />"Security" shall have that meaning set forth in Section 305 of this Agreement. <br />"Site Feasibility Assessment" shall have that meaning set forth in ~ of this Agreement. <br />"Supplemental Pre-Acquisition Costs" shall have that meaning set forth in Section 303(A) of this <br /> Agreement. <br />"Term" shall have that meaning set forth in Section 110 of this Agreement. <br />"Title Company" shall have that meaning set forth in ~ of this Agreement. <br />"Total Acquisition Costs" shall have that meaning set forth in ~ of this Agreement. <br />"Transfers" shall have that meaning set forth in Section 901 of this Agreement. <br />"Vesting Tentative Map" shall have that meaning set forth in the Subdivision Map Act, <br /> California Government Code Section 66410 et seq. <br /> <br />DOCSSFl:495065.9 <br />9975-5 NWN <br /> <br /> <br />
