Irmer <br /> <br /> Whenever the term "Developer" is used herein, such term shall include any permitted <br />nominee, assignee or successor in interest as herein provided. <br /> <br /> §111 Term <br /> <br /> The term (the "Term") of this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and <br />continue until the issuance of the Certificate of Completion for the Project, or upon the earlier <br />termination of this Agreement. <br /> <br />Article 2 ASSEMBLY OF THE PROJECT SITE <br /> <br /> §201 General <br /> <br /> The parcels that comprise the Project Site are identified hereina~er by letter and by the <br />number of their respective Assessor's Parcel Number and Preliminary Title Report Order <br />Number. The Project Site consists of the block shown on Attachment 3~ consisting of the <br />following parcels, each as hereinafter more particularly described in Sections 202-204: the <br />Agency Parcel and Parcels A, B, C, D, E, and F and commonly referred to as "Block One". <br /> <br /> §202 Agency Parcel <br /> <br /> The Agency has acquired the following parcel (the "Agency Parcel"): <br /> <br /> Preliminary Title Report <br /> Letter Designation ~4ssessor's Parcel Number Order Number <br /> <br /> A.
