The added scope of work includes six additional exploratory drilling, related sampling and laboratory <br />testing and reporting. Thc laboratory work focuses on the contamination of the site by total petroleum hydrocarbons <br />(TPH), volatile organic content (VOC), and heavy metals. The added scope also includes reporting and data <br />management of our proposed expanded sampling and analytical results. <br /> <br />ESTIMATED CONTRACT PRICE: $15,000 Lump Sum <br /> <br />Based on our understanding of our discussion during our telephone conversation, we are proceeding with the <br />above noted scope of work. Your verbal direction and this agreement shall serve as the Client's <br />Authorization for MWH Energy & Infrastructure, Inc. (MWH) to proceed. A signed copy of this agreement <br />must be returned to our office within twenty-four hours ot your verbal authorization. If the contract is not <br />signed and returned and you do not direct us to stop work, it is assumed that you have read the contract <br />including the attached terms, conditions and schedule of charges and agree with the estimated cost and <br />contract terms.
