Concurrently with the execution of this Agreement, Consultant shall <br />furnish Agency with certificates and copies of information or declaration pages of <br />the insurance required hereunder and, with respect to evidence of commercial <br />general liability and automobile liability insurance coverage, blanket <br />endorsements: <br /> <br /> (a) Precluding cancellation or material changes in coverage before the <br /> expiration of thirty (30) days after Agency shall have received <br /> written notification of cancellation or material changes in coverage <br /> by first class mail; <br /> <br /> (b) Providing that Consultant's insurance shall apply separately to <br /> each insured against whom claim is made or suit is brought, except <br /> with respect to the limits of the insurer's liability (cross liability or <br /> separatin of insureds provisions); <br /> <br /> (c) Naming the Redevelopment Agency, its officers, boards, <br /> commissions, employees, and agents, as additional insureds; and <br /> <br /> (d) Providing that Consultant's insurance coverage shall be primary <br /> insurance with respect to Agency, its officers, boards, <br /> commissions, employees, and agents, and any insurance or self- <br /> insurance maintained by Agency for itself, its officers, boards, <br /> commissions, employees, or agents shall be in excess of <br /> Consultant's insurance and not contributory with it. <br /> <br />13. COVENANT AGAINST CONTINGENT FEES.
