Economic impact Report <br /> <br />Original Contract <br /> <br />The original 'contract for the Economic impact Report was for $10,000. It was <br />funded by you at the same time you funded the FIR. That amount was expended <br />following completion of the report. <br /> <br />Extra Work <br /> <br />As with the EIR, the consultant's services were needed during the appeal and <br />public forum process to provide supporting documentation for the economic study <br />and to attend the meetings. This extra work is reflected in the attached invoice <br />#C214-17E in the amount of $4,393.24. <br /> <br />Funding needed to cover Economic Impact Report extra work = $4,393.24. <br /> <br />For your information, the invoices for the preparation of the Fiscal Impact <br />Analysis, also.prepared by Mundie and Assoc., are not included. Per our <br />agreement, that work was funded by the Redevelopment Agency. <br /> <br />I hope this helps to clarify the status of the budget and the expenses for this <br />consulting work. Since we have now successfully completed the required <br />environmental review process for the project and have a certified EIR, I'm sure <br />you will feel as I do that the consultants performed their Work well. <br /> <br />Thus, in summary, we will need funding as follows: <br /> <br /> EIR - Original contract $ 4,055.54 <br /> EIR - Extra Work 39,110.92 <br /> Economic impact Report- Extra Work 4,393.24 <br /> Total $ 47,559.70 <br /> <br />I look forward to receiving a check from you for the above work as soon as <br />possible.
