That the City certifies that it has reviewed, understands, and agrees to the <br />general provisions contained in the contract shown in the Procedural Guide, a <br />copy of which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk. <br />4. That the City certifies that any specific project that is to be funded by the Grant <br />Program will conform to any applicable recreation provisions of the City's <br />General Plan. <br />5.
