Extraordinary direct costs, such as printing, delivery and <br />overnight mail services, will be billed at cost. Transportation for distances greater than <br />50 miles from our offices will be billed at cost or 44.5~ per mile whichever is less. <br />Subconsultants will be billed at cost plus 10 percent. <br />
