<br />3. City will pay Consultant for all work associated with those services <br />described in the Original Agreement as Amended on a time and materials basis not-to- <br />exceed Two Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand dollars ($225,000). Consultant will <br />provide City, on a monthly basis, copies of invoices sufficiently detailed to include hours <br />performed, hourly rates, and related activities and costs for approval by City. <br /> <br />4. All other terms of the Original Agreement as Amended which are not in <br />conflict with the provisions of this Amendment NO.3 shall remain unchanged in full force <br />and effect. In case of a conflict in the terms of the Original Agreement as Amended and <br />this Amendment No.3, the provisions of this Amendment NO.3 shall control. <br /> <br />5.
