<br /> under the Unemployment Insurance Code with �espect tv worfc or labor perFormed under the
<br /> Contract, or for any amounts required to be deducted, withheld, and paid over to the
<br /> Enploynen� DGvelapn�nt Depar�men# �ron �ha wages of�mployees of the Contracfor and his
<br /> subcontracfor pursuant to Section 93020 of the Un�mployment Insurance Code af the State of
<br /> Califorr�ia, with respect to such work and labar, the surety will pay for fhe same, in the amoiant
<br /> not exceeding the sum specified in this bond, and aiso, in case suit is brought upon this bond, a
<br /> reasonable attorney's fee, to be fixed by the Court.
<br /> This band shall inure to the benefit of any person named in 5ection 3�81 of the Civil Code of#he
<br /> State of Califomia so as to give a righ# of action to them or their assignees in suit brought upan

<br /> This band is executed and filed to comply with the provisions of the act of the Legislature af the
<br /> State of California as designated in Civil Code Sections 3247-3252, i�clusive, and all
