Coordinate preparation of a 3`� party appraisal of value for property <br /> 2. Coordinate preparation of a 3�d party preliminary environmental site assessment <br /> 3. Perform regulatory agency research <br /> 4. Perform review of title and coordinate ALTA Survey by 3�d party <br /> 5. Coordinate preparation of architectural test fits for the property by a 3�d party <br /> 6. Act as clearing house for information, provide interpretation and recommendations and present all <br /> findings in a useful format. <br /> 7. If requested by City, make presentations to City staff and/or City Council members of Consultant's <br /> findings. <br /> This scope of services will be rendered from November 5, 2008 through November 30, 2008. <br /> The budget below is conceptual. The exact dollar values of any one line item may change, but the overall <br /> cost is not to exceed $55,750. All line items in the"Third Party Consultants" portion of the budget will be <br /> presented to the City as separate contracts for execution.
