(Copies of League of California Cities Priority Focus <br /> available in City Clerk's Department.) <br /> <br /> Council Member Howard referred to page 6.A-2 regarding the December 22, 2003 <br /> Paso Robles earthquake having placed extra burdens on city staff and asking <br /> other cities if they are willing to send staff to offer services to assist. She asked <br /> about any progress having been made on this subject and thanked staff for <br /> pursuing these opportunities. <br /> <br /> City Manager Everett stated that contact had been made with Paso Robles and <br /> that he did not know if a response or agreement had been received. <br /> <br /> B. Regional Measure "2" - Regional Traffic Relief Plan <br /> <br /> Council Member Howard introduced Autumn Bernstein from the Regional <br /> Measure2 campaign, Steve Morrison from the Water Transit Authority, and <br /> Christine Maley-Grubl, Executive Director of the Peninsula Traffic Congestion <br /> Relief,Alliance. <br /> <br /> Ms. Bemstein presented the basics of the plan utilizing a PowerPoint presentation. <br /> She stated that Measure2 will be on the March 2 ballot in San Mateo County and <br /> six other Bay Area counties.
