Februa'ry 9, 2004 <br /> <br /> Subject <br /> Award of Contract- Fire Station #9, 3rd Floor Kitchenette Renovation Project <br /> <br /> Recommendation <br /> Award the contract for the Fire Station #9, 3rd Floor Kitchenette Renovation Project, to <br /> the lowest informal bidder, A & A Construction Co. of. Los Gatos, California, for their bid <br /> of $15,000. <br /> <br /> Background <br /> Fire Station #9 has been in use for the last 16 years, and the 3rd floor kitchenette <br /> (originally designed as a "Break/Lounge Room") has been used as the 3rd floor kitchen, <br /> for the Fire Department Staff.
