EXHIBIT "A" <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> Consultant will assist the City in reviewing and processing the 525 Middlefield application. <br /> This includes coordination of City staff, management of the application development review <br /> process, oversight and assistance in managing environmental review and assistance in <br /> communications support as needed and as more specifically provided below. <br /> Task One - Contract Management and Oversight <br /> 1. Coordination, review and oversight of all contracts related to the 525 <br /> Middlefield project: Consultant will assist Planning Manager in providing <br /> review and input on all pending and continuing contracts with City <br /> consultants. <br /> 2. Budget management and oversight: Consultant will assist Community <br /> Development Department in compiling, managing and tracking all budgets <br /> related to the 525 Middlefield project review as needed. <br /> 3. Archiving and Data Management - This includes assistance in coordinating <br /> materials and distribution of information as needed to ensure that the <br /> applicant, consultants and City staff have the most up to date materials and <br /> information. <br /> Task Two - Oversight and Management of Environmental Review Process <br /> 1. Overall management - including preparation of schedules, agendas and <br /> organizational charts as needed. Consultant will provide overall management <br /> of the City's schedule and budget for environmental review. <br /> 2. Technical review — This includes ConsultanYs on-going oversight and <br /> advisory services of environmental review documentation as applicable. This <br /> will include advice and direction on approaches to analysis, review of <br /> technical reports, sequence of subject materials for document(s), and review <br /> and edits to draft documents. <br /> Task Three - Project Review <br /> 1. Coordinafion and management of Development Review Process: Consultant <br /> will represent the City in the overall management of the Development Review <br /> process for the 525 Middlefield development proposal. This includes working <br /> with the City and applicant to provide clear feedback, input and policy <br /> guidance on plan components and elements.
