B (304) <br /> <br />Joint Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on February 9, 2004. <br /> <br />Present: Council Member Bain, Foust, Hartnett, Howard, Ruskin, and Vice Mayor Pierce <br />and Mayor Ira <br /> <br />Absent: None <br /> <br />The following motion was made, carried and entered on the Minutes <br /> <br />M/S Ruskin/Bain To authorize an agreement with Waterworks Industries, Inc., <br />Windsor, California to provide professional aquatic plant management and <br />environmental engineering services for the Redwood Shores Lagoon through <br />December 31, 2005 at a not-to-exceed amount of $198,783.00 per year, each <br />year of the two-year Agreement. <br /> <br />The motion passed by a unamimous roll call vote by all those present. <br /> <br />Patricia S.
