Said removal will be accomplished before the next school day following the weekend, holiday, or other time of use. iv. Toilet Facilities Unless District makes indoor toilets available for City and City's Users, the City shall pay for and place temporary, portable restroom facilities at the District's outdoor facilities at the discretion of the District. It shall be the responsibility of the City to ensure that City's Users maintain and clean the stationary and portable toilets at the District's outdoor facilities, lock them when not in service, and remove any portable toilets when requested by the District or when the season ends. In cases where District indoor toilets are made available to the User, the District shall be responsible for maintaining those indoor toilets. 3. Conditions related to the Student Safety section (18) of this document: The City may choose to allow public access to the picnic area, Club and Pool during school hours as this area is not limited to use by students, teachers and other school staff.
