Said fee may be reduced from time to time by <br /> the City Manager, based upon objective evidence that the City's costs related <br /> to parking within the area defined herein have been reduced. <br />5. Effective at such time as the Chief of Police determines that the Fuller cui de <br /> sac is needed for overflow news media vehicular parking, the City Manager is <br /> authorized to allow parking of news media vehicles thereupon, subject to the <br /> issuance of revocable vehicle parking licenses and payment of a maximum <br /> monthly fee in the amount of One Thousand Seven Hundred and Sixty-five <br /> Dollars ($1,765.00). Said fee may be reduced from time to time by the City <br /> Manager, based upon objective evidence that the City's costs related to <br /> parking within the area defined herein has been reduced. <br />6. Effective March 1, 2004, and in accordance with the Redwood City Police <br /> Department Parking Management Plan, the City Manager is authorized to <br /> allow the parking of news media vehicles upon the City's parking lot located <br /> at the intersection of Main Street and Bradford Street, subject to the issuance <br /> of a revocable vehicle parking license and payment of a maximum monthly <br /> fee in the amount of One Hundred and Ten Dollars ($110.00).
