CONSENT CALENDAR — CITY COUNCIL AND REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />Items on the Consent Calendar are considered to be routine by the City <br />Council /Redevelopment Agency and will be enacted by one motion and one vote. <br />M/S Hartnett/Ruskin to waive reading of the Consent Calendar except the ordinances <br />by title, adopt the resolutions and the ordinances, and approve other items.
