Chairman Ira opened the public hearing. There was no public comment. M/S Bain /Foust to close the public hearing. The motion passed by a unanimous voice vote. Recommendation: M/S Foust/Pierce to approve and accept the revised appraised values for Nos. 1, 2 and 4 that includes the proposed revised appraised value in the appeal by Mr. Fred Countryman be accepted. The motion passed by a unanimous voice vote. M/S Howard /Bain to approve and accept the revised appraised value for No. 3.
