Appointment to Planning Commission Seat Vacated by Council Member Rosanne Foust (continued from December 8, 2003) (209) On August 25, 2003, City Council made Planning Commission appointments/re - appointments to three seats, each for a three -year term. A vacancy has occurred to fill the unexpired term of Rosanne Foust as she was elected to the City Council at the November 4, 2003 election. The term of the vacant seat expires in June, 2006.
