1 <br /> Customer Responsibilities <br /> • Provide assistance to Streetline in securing no-cost encroachment permit for network installation <br /> • Arrange for continuous power for gateway through a photo cell on a cobra head light, or other <br /> acceptable resource(120 or 240v,50 or 60 Hz) <br /> • Cooperate with Streetline in establishing metrics and providing necessary benchmark data for <br /> Streetline's Executive Summary report, including, but not limited to, meter and citation revenue for a <br /> mutually agreed-upon period prior to implementation of the Starter Kit and during the term of the <br /> Starter Kit program. <br /> Term <br /> 3 months,commencing upon initial deployment of Applications,with no obligation to continue after 3 <br /> months. <br /> Fee and Payment terms <br /> No cost to Customer,for the scope defined in this Order Form. The project will be funded entirely by <br /> Streetline. <br /> Project Schedule <br /> Notification of network Equipment delivery schedule will be provided within 4 weeks following execution of <br /> the Order Form and notice to proceed from the Customer. Configuration and delivery of applications with <br /> customer-specific information will commence within 4 weeks following successful deployment and testing <br /> of completed network.
