Design and implement an orderly transition to ensure continuation of benefits for injured <br /> workers. <br />2. Transfer all of the Client's records to CMI's data system. <br />3. Contact and obtain a data transfer tape from the previous administrator. Run trial <br /> reports and make appropriate adjustments for a smooth data transfer. <br />4. Notify the State Office of Self-Insurance Plans, all injured workers, and all vendors (i.e. <br /> legal counsel, medical providers) that CMI is the new administrator. <br />5. Provide all necessary forms and posters to all Client's departments. <br />6. Review all existing files and fast-track those appropriate for early closure. <br />7.
