Failure to comply with any applicable district rule
would be a violation subject to district enforcement action.
• BAAQMD Regulation 6, Rule 1—General Requirements. This rule limits to no more than 3
minutes in any hour a visible emission which is dark or darker than No. 1 on the Ringlemann
chart.
• BAAQMD Regulation 9, Rule 8—Stationary Internal Combustion Engines. This rule limits
emissions of NOx and CO from stationary internal combustion engines of more than 50
horsepower.
Addendum No.2 to the Environmental Impact Report for 4 Z5 September 2012
the Redwood City Costco Wholesale Project ICF 00154.12
