It is probably <br /> that the actually overall trip generation to the fuel station will not increase by this amount and that <br /> the primary impact will be more efficient operation of existing volume through the fuel station and <br /> significant reduced vehicle queuing. While this is likely an overestimation of the trip generation <br /> impacts given the relative activity at that site compared with Redwood City,it will ensure the analysis <br /> is conservative and extremely defensible. <br /> Kittelson&Associates,Inc.
