6.1.E. - Page 3 <br /> AMENDMENT NO. 4 TO EXTEND AND AMEND AGREEMENT FOR <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTING SERVICES <br /> (Moore, lacofano, Goltsman, Inc.) <br /> This Amendment No. 4 is entered into and effective as of the day of <br /> , 201_, extending and amending the agreement dated <br /> Septerriber 19, 2008 (the "Agreement") by and between the City of Redwood City, a <br /> charter city and municipal corporation of the State of California ("City"), and Moore, <br /> lacofano, Goltsman, Inc., ("Consultant") (collectively, the "Parties") for the "Stanford in <br /> Redwood City Project." <br /> RECITALS <br /> A. On September 19, 2008 the Parties executed Agreement for <br /> Environmental Consulting Services; and <br /> B. On March 16, 2012, the Parties executed Amendment No. 1 to Agreement <br /> for Environmental Consulting Services; and <br /> C. On June 20, 2011, the Parties executed Amendment No. 2 to Agreement <br /> for Environmental Consulting Services; and <br /> D. On September 17, 2012, the Parties executed Amendment No. 3 to <br /> Agreement for Environmental Consulting Services; and <br /> E. The Parties have negotiated and agreed to amendments attached to and <br /> incorporated in by reference as Exhibit "A," Scope of Services and Fee. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants <br /> contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: <br /> 1. In addition to those services contained in the Agreement, as may have <br /> been amended from time to time, Consialtant will provide those services described in <br /> Exhibit "A." With this Amendment, the total annual Agreement amount shall not exceed <br /> Three Thousand Twenty Five Dollars ($3,025). <br /> 2. City will pay Consultant for all work associated with those services <br /> described in Exhibit "A" on a time and materials basis not-to-exceed Three Thousand <br /> Twenty Five Dollars ($3,025), for an aggregate amount of($594,396.08). Consultant will <br /> provide City, on a monthly basis, copies of invoices sufficiently detailed to include hours <br /> performed, hourly rates, and related activities and costs for approval by City. <br /> 3.
