Redwood City 2020 <br /> is made up of eight partners, including City of Redwood City, Redwood City Elementary <br /> School District, Sequoia Union High School District, County of San Mateo Health and <br /> Human Services, Sequoia Healthcare District, John W. Gardner Center for Youth and <br /> their Communities — Stanford University, K�i:y�r P�rmanente, ar�d First 5 of San Mateo <br /> County to provide leadership and oversinl�t r�ecev:.•�;� tc de��elop a coordinated <br /> approach to strengthen academic and soci�l outcomc:a for �f�ildren and youth living <br /> within the attendance area of the Redwood City Schocl�Dist�rict and provide valuable <br /> resources to families so they can be successfui primary caregivers to their children. <br /> B. City serves as fiscal agent f�r R�:d��vocd C�ity 2020 and as such contracts <br /> for services required by Redwood City 2C20. <br /> C. Redwood City 2020 requires the �ro�e�s�unal s�rvices of a consultant <br /> experienced in program management. <br /> D. Consultant has the rece�5ary �xperience in providing professional <br /> services and advice. <br /> E. Selection of Consultant is expected to a�hieve the de�ire� results in an <br /> expedited fashion. <br /> F. Consultant has submitted a ��apa�al�fa`R�dw�od, City 2020 and has <br /> affirmed its willingness and ability to perforrn �ucr evori�. , � � <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration ofi th�se re�itals �nd the mutual covenants <br /> contained herein, the Parties agree as fol!�w�: <br /> 1.
