EXHIBIT"A" <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES.TIME AND FEE SCHEDULES <br /> PROJECT DESCRIPTION: <br /> Construction administration services for HVAC replacement at Fire Station No. 9. <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES: <br /> 1. Consultant shall review submittals and shop drawings(20 hours)for compliance to design <br /> and for accuracy, <br /> 2. Consultant shall respond to RFI's and provide clarification (16 hours). <br /> 3. Consultant shall perform site visits(not to exceed 4 at$400 per visit), <br /> 4. Consultant shail provide an as-built CAD drawing with Contractor's redlines(12 hours). <br /> TIME SCHEDULE: <br /> Consultant shall perForm Tasks 1 — 3 as required by the project's progress or within 24 hours of <br /> receiving direction from the City. <br /> Consultant shall deliver CAD drawings (Task 4)within 30 days of receiving the redline drawings from <br /> the Contractor. <br /> FEE SCHEDULE: . <br /> Consultant shall provide services outlined above for a set fee of$6,400.00 and in accordance with the <br /> hourly rate schedule below.
