<br /> 18.2 Any deductibles or self-insuced retentio��s must be decla�•ed to, and appi�oved by
<br /> City. At the aptia�i of City eithe�•Developer's insuret•shall reduce or eliminate the deductibles or
<br /> self-insured retentions with respect to City, it's Council, comrnissions, boards, committees,
<br /> officers, employees and agents or Developec shall procure a bond guaranteeing payment of lasses
<br /> and related investigations,claim adtnit�istratian ar�d defense expe�ises.
<br /> 18.3 Concur��ently with ihe execution of this Agreement, Developer shall fu�•nish City
<br /> with certificates and copies of informatian or declaration pages of the insu�•ance z•equij•ed
<br /> hereundet• a�d, with respect to evidence of commercial general liabiiity and autoinobile liabiiity
<br /> ins�a�•ance caverage, original endo�•sements:
<br /> (a) P�ecluding canceliation or reduction in coverage before the
<br /> expiration of thirty (30} days after City shall have recezved r�vritten
<br /> notification of cancellation ox �•eduction in coverage by first class mail,
<br /> postage prepaid;
<br /> (b) Providing that Developer's insurance shall apply separately
<br /> to each insured against whom claim is made or suit is brought, except with
<br /> �•espect to the limits of the insurer's iiability (cross liability endorsements};
<br /> (c) Naming City, i#s Colulcil, commission�, boards,
<br /> committees, office�•s, employees and agents as additional insiueds; and
<br /> {d) �'roviding that Develop�r's insurance shall be primary
<br /> insurance relating to Conhactor's wo�•k hereunder with respect to City, its
<br /> Council, commissions, boards, commi�tees, officers, employees and
<br /> Agents, and furtker providing that any insu�ance ar self insu�•ance
<br /> maintained by City for itself, its Council, co�zx�issions, boards,
<br /> committees, off cers, eznployees and agents shall not be excess of
<br /> Contractor`s insurance and sIaall nat be cantributory with it. Such
<br /> insurance shall also specifically insux•e any contractual liability assu�ned
<br /> by Developer under the terms of th.is Agreement, including, bu� �ot
<br /> Ii�ited to,tl�e provisions of sul�section(a) above.
<br /> �9. In the e�ent that Deveiopar's insut•ance is cancelled, Developej•shall pt•ovide �•aplaceinent
<br /> coverage or all work mus� cease as of the cancellation date until replace�nent insurar�ce co�erage is
<br /> provided.
<br /> 20. Wa�•kers' Compensation Insurance. D��eloper shall p�'ovide, or cause to be provided,
<br /> Workers' Compensation insurance as required by law, and shall cause its contractors and their
<br /> subcont�•actors, agents and t•epresentatives#o also maintain Workers' Compansatioi� ir�surance as required
