With 411 u�lits at Pete's that would m�an 20 to 40 slips at the private marina. With over 260 slips, that wo�ld mcan 220 sIi}�s exaapty a��d unused at Pete's, li�ely resulting in deinolitioil of tl�errz, o�'eventually a�ei7ing up to commercial teasing as at the Vilias.
