Ol/28/2013 <br /> REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. The amendments to the 2010-2015 Consolidated Plan, the 2012-2013 <br /> Annual Action Plan and the Citizen Participation Plan prepared for submission to the <br /> United States Department of Housing and Urban Development for a Community <br /> Development Block Grant pursuant to Title I of the Housing and Community <br /> Development Act of 1974, and the HOME Investment Partnership Grant pursuant to the <br /> National Affordable Housing Act of 1992, copies of which as well as the Consolidated <br /> Plan are on file in the office of the Community Development Department of the City of <br /> Redwood City, are hereby approved. <br /> 2. The City Council does hereby certify that the City of Redwood City has <br /> followed its adopted Citizen Participation Plan as required by Section 104(a) of the Act. <br /> 3. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute all related documents, <br /> including all understandings and assurances necessary or appropriate in connection <br /> therewith, and to provide such additional information as may be required for and on <br /> behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> 4.
