All costs for pickup or delivery will be included in plan review fee and no addition <br /> comper�saEion will be provided. <br /> �ff-Site plan reviews shall be completed within 1Q-working days. Written plan review <br /> comrrients shal[ be delivered to the City ir� electronic format withir� 24-hours of campletion of <br /> review. Wl�en final review is approved, Consultant shall deliver two final sets of approved <br /> plans with approval stamps and signatures to the city rrvithin 24 haurs of final review and <br /> appraval. <br /> S#a#f <br /> ConsuEtant shall utilize trained and qualified staff to provide servicss.
