In attendance were: Alicia C. Aquirre, Mayor, <br /> Jeffrey Gee, Vice Mayor, and Council Members Rosanne Foust and John Seybert. <br /> The event involved a Council of Cities meetinq and a City Selection vote for the <br /> Metropolitan Transportation Authority seat. Mayor Alicia C. Aquirre was appointed at <br /> this meetinq to serve and represent the city. In addition, the proqram for the eveninq <br /> included a presentation by Mark Moulton, Executive Director of HEART— Housinq <br /> Endowment and Reqional Trust of San Mateo County. <br /> � �. <br /> for all Council Members in attendance. <br /> February 7, 2013 <br /> Alicia C. Aguirre Date <br /> Mayor <br /> The Administrative Code requires reports of conferences or meetings for which a council member requests per diem or expense reimbursement. <br /> Reports must be submitted to the City Clerk of no later than the Wednesday of the week before the next City Council meeting. Reports must be <br /> submitted before the City of Redwood City will pay per diem or reimbursement for the conference or the meeting. Reports are not required for City <br /> Council meetings,or meetings with Council members,the City Manager, City Attorney or City Clerk. <br />
