Authorize the City Manager to execute agreements, approve <br /> payments and take all other necessary actions associated with the <br /> management and maintenance of the Docktown Marina in an amount not to <br /> exceed $250,000. <br /> 2. Approve the Form Berthing Agreement and authorize the City <br /> Manager to execute Berthing Agreements in substantially the same form as <br /> the Form Berthing Agreement, subject to revisions deemed by the City <br /> Attorney as necessary or beneficial to protect the City's interests, with <br /> Qualified Tenants. <br /> 3.
