The application, <br /> together with a recent photo of the vessel, proof of insurance, and a copy of <br /> the vessel registration/documentation should be forwarded to City of Redwood <br /> City. Upon approval, a Berthing License Agreement will be completed by the <br /> vessel owner and harbormaster, and a slip assigned. <br /> Fee Schedule: The following fees are based on LOA (length over all including <br /> overhangs, swim steps, bow sprits and davits) or slip length, whichever is greater. <br /> Slip Size Standard Slip Fee <br /> 36 foot slips $ 6.50/ft <br /> 40 foot slips $ 7.00/ft <br /> 44 foot slips $ 7.50/ft <br /> 50 foot slips $ 8.00/ft <br /> 55 foot slips $ 8.50/ft <br /> 60 foot slips $9.00/ft <br /> 70 foot slips $12.00/ft <br /> 80 foot slips $14.00/ft <br /> End ties $11.00/ft <br /> Guest Fee: $1.00/ft daily rate; $5.00/ft weekly rate; <br /> Utilities: All slips include a dock box, water, phone/DSL line, Wifi and parking <br /> (end-ties do not have dock boxes). Electricity is metered and charged based on <br /> PG&E rates. <br /> Deposit: A security deposit equal to 1month's Slip Fee, Utility Fee and Live- <br /> Aboard Fee (as applicable) is required, and is refundable with 30 days advanced <br /> notice of departure, less any outstanding balances. <br /> Live-Aboard Fee: Live-aboard assignment is required for any Vessel owner who <br /> stays on board at least 72 hours (3 consecutive days). The live-aboard fee is <br /> $200 in addition to the regular slip fee. <br />
