f. City will work with the District on scheduling the Project work to limit the impact to the School as much as reasonably possible. g. The District shall issue payment to City in the amount of $200,000 upon execution of this Agreement by the Parties. City shall only use the $200,000 amount toward Project completion. 2. Joint Use of Fair Oaks School Facilities and Plavfield The terms and conditions for the joint use of District's facilities and Playfield at Fair Oaks Elementary School are set forth in the Joint Use of Facilities Agreement executed by the District and City on November 14, 2012. A copy of that executed agreement is attached to this agreement as Exhibit A. 3. Maintenance of Plavfield a. The District is responsible for maintenance of the Playfield and shall comply with the turf manufacturer's required maintenance schedule and all warranty requirements, including daily upkeep and preservation of the field. b. The costs required to complete the District's maintenance and warranty responsibilities shall be borne by the District. 4. Term. Unless earlier terminated, the Term of this Agreement shall be the same Term as set forth in the Joint Use of Facilities Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A. 5. Amendments. This Agreement may only be amended by mutual consent of the Parties. Any amendment shall be in writing and signed by the Parties. 6. Notices.
