f. City will work with the District on scheduling the Project work to limit the <br /> impact to the School as much as reasonably possible. <br /> g. The District shall issue payment to City in the amount of $200,000 upon <br /> execution of this Agreement by the Parties. City shall only use the $200,000 <br /> amount toward Project completion. <br /> 2. Joint Use of Fair Oaks School Facilities and Plavfield <br /> The terms and conditions for the joint use of District's facilities and Playfield at <br /> Fair Oaks Elementary School are set forth in the Joint Use of Facilities Agreement <br /> executed by the District and City on November 14, 2012. A copy of that executed <br /> agreement is attached to this agreement as Exhibit A. <br /> 3. Maintenance of Plavfield <br /> a. The District is responsible for maintenance of the Playfield and shall <br /> comply with the turf manufacturer's required maintenance schedule and all <br /> warranty requirements, including daily upkeep and preservation of the <br /> field. <br /> b. The costs required to complete the District's maintenance and warranty <br /> responsibilities shall be borne by the District. <br /> 4. Term. Unless earlier terminated, the Term of this Agreement shall be the same <br /> Term as set forth in the Joint Use of Facilities Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A. <br /> 5. Amendments. This Agreement may only be amended by mutual consent of the <br /> Parties. Any amendment shall be in writing and signed by the Parties. <br /> 6. Notices.
