EXHIBIT A <br /> the other party,or any authorized agent of the party,may confer regarding the terms of this Agreemen� <br /> b. Joint Use Oversight Team <br /> The Parties shall establish a Joint Use Oversight Team("Oversight Team"),composed of staff <br /> representatives of the Parties that shall include the employee representatives identified in Section 5(a) <br /> and any other such representatives that the Parties should so assign. <br /> i The Oversight Team shall be responsible for the following: <br /> (1) Reviewing and ensuring enforcement of Joint Use rules®ulations <br /> (2) Reviewing,monitoring,implementing,evaluating and proposing amendments to this Agreement <br /> (3) Developing twice yeazly master locations&block schedules for each sport at a designated time <br /> prior to team scheduling and maintaining the schedule throughout the year. <br /> (4) Defining Joint Use training requirements for city staff,district staff,and Users <br /> (5) Maintaining a first line of contact for resolution of issues and problems that arise from the Joint <br /> Use of facilities <br /> (6) Reviewing fmancial obligations of the Interested Parties at the end of the school year and <br /> determining any cost adjustments that may be warranted <br /> ii The Oversight Team shall hold meetings at least twice yearly in June and November to review the <br /> performance of the Joint Use program and at other times and as needed to discuss interim issues that <br /> arise during the term of the Agreement. <br /> iii If the Joint Use Oversight Team is unable to reach resolution on a particulaz matter,the parties agree <br /> to a dispute resolution process as provided for in Section 17. <br /> 6. Scheduling Use of Property <br /> a. Master Schedule <br /> The Parties shall develop a master schedule for joint use of facilities identified in the Site Specific <br /> Attachments to allocate property use as defined in Section 3.The Oversight Team shall schedule twice <br /> yearly meetings or at such other times as mutually agreed upon by the Parties. At these meetings,the <br /> Oversight Team will review and evaluate the status and condition of joint use properties and modify or <br /> confirm the upcoming season schedule. <br /> b. Scheduliag of City Property <br /> The City shall be responsible for scheduling the use of City Property in accordance with the Priorities <br /> established in Section 3 hereof. <br /> c. Scheduting of District Property <br /> The City sha11 be responsible for scheduling the use of District Properties in accordance with the <br /> priorities established in Section 3 hereof. <br /> i The use of District facilities shall be in accordance with the most recent regulaz procedures of the <br /> District for granting pernuts for the use of school facilities,as set forth in the District's policies and <br /> administrative regulations. <br /> ii Should the District require the use of a facility that had been scheduled for use by the City,the <br /> District has the right to preempt the scheduled event by notifying the Oversight Team. A minimum <br /> of two(2)weeks prior notice to the Oversight Team is recommended. <br />
