Training includes AOD Prevention,abuse prevention,and youth development content as well as additional material from ongoing Collaborative and Workgroup meetings,helping mentors better understand the pressures mentees may be facing. • Timeline: monthly • Life Skill Workshops,covering topics such as alcohol and drug prevention,for current and alumni mentors and mentees,so that matches receive education and begin dialogues about abuse prevention in a safe and supportive environment. • Timeline:quarterly • Actively participate in AOD Prevention Partnership Collaborative and Photovoice Workgroup • Timeline: monthly meetings and ongoing collaboration as needed • Continue to improve internal practices in support of inentors and mentees as they relate to AOD prevention efforts • Timeline:quarterly • Continue to make recording of webinar training with Prevention Partnership agencies addressing connections between positive role modeling and AOD prevention.This online training was delivered in October 2011 and remains available to collaborative partners on demand Method of Payment FFY will provide detailed invoices,with evidence of progress in achieving defined deliverables when requesting payment.
