i <br /> EXHIBIT "A" <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> YLI will finish the last store makeover (#4) for the North Fair Oaks Healthy Corner Store <br /> Makeover Project by October 31, 2013. <br /> In addition, the Youth Leadership Institute ("YLI") will create a handbook documenting <br /> the youth-led corner store makeover approach, with the intention of creating a replicable <br /> model that can be implemented in similar neighborhoods in Redwood City.
