• <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO EXTEND THE AGREEMENT <br /> FOR MARINA MANAGEMENT SERVICES <br /> (SURGE PROJECT MANAGEMENT) <br /> This A •e •ment No. 2 is entered into and effective as of the 3 day of <br /> � i , 2013, extending the agreement dated March 4, 2013 (the <br /> "Agreement") by and between the City of Redwood City, a charter city and municipal <br /> corporation of the State of California ("City"), and SURGE Project Management <br /> ("Consultant") (collectively, the "Parties"). <br /> RECITALS <br /> A. On March 4, 2013, the Parties executed the Agreement for Marina <br /> Management Services and on September 6, 2013, the Parties executed Amendment <br /> No. 1 to Extend Agreement for Marina Management Services. <br /> B. The Parties desire to extend the Agreement for a period of five (5) months; <br /> and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants <br /> contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: <br /> 1. The Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, is hereby <br /> extended fora period of five months ending on March 31, 2014 <br /> 2. All other provisions of the Agreement, as may have been amended from <br /> time to time, shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> 3. All requisite insurance policies to be maintained by the Consultant <br /> pursuant to the Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, shall include <br /> coverage for this Amendment. <br /> 4.
