C�istrict will provide adequate pragram and office space as <br /> requested by the City. <br /> G. C�istrict will act as fiscal agent f�r the partnership. <br /> H. District will oversee and maintain contract agreements. <br /> I. District will identify and corrimunicate training apportunities to City. <br /> J. District will oversee and suppark evaluatic�n and data collectian. <br /> 4. Supplemental Services. District may request City to provide additional <br /> law enforcement serv�ces for evening t�r weekend events such as PTA meetings, Back- <br /> ta-Schocal Nights, Open House, athletic or performance events, dances, prams, ar ather <br /> District-sponsQred events. City will use its best effarts to provide the requested services <br /> by the Schoal Ftesource Clfficer. District shall compensate City fc�r such supplemental � <br /> services, whether the School Resource Officer c�r a patrol officer provid�s the services. � <br /> i <br /> 5. Compensation. The Schoo!
