Activity at the Redwood City Costco warehouse in <br /> May 2011 when the counts were collected was above the average for the time period from <br /> November 2009 to May 2011. In addition, the only months with more transactions than May 2011 <br /> were during the holiday season in December 2009 and December 2010. The peak month since the <br /> warehouse expansion reopening, December 2010, had approximately 11% higher activity than that <br /> during May 2011 when the counts were collected. <br /> A daily profile for the warehouse transactions was also developed to identify how warehouse <br /> activity fluctuates by the hour during an average weekday (Monday through Friday) or weekend <br /> day (Saturday and Sunday).
