The assumptions and <br /> calculations used in the original analysis will be confirmed to make sure it reflects the <br /> analysis of the revised traffic study. Additionally, Consultant will revise the discussion <br /> regarding HVAC systems as per Consultant's discussion with the City and applicant's <br /> attorney on January 23, 2013. <br /> 8 hours x $125/hr (Project Manager) _ $1,000.00 <br /> Subtotal = $1,000 <br /> Task 5.0 Project Management & Meetings <br /> All of the tasks identified above under Task 3.0 will undergo senior QA/QC review by <br /> ConsultanYs project manager for this project. Consultant will ensure that the traffic, air <br /> quality, GHG, and noise analyses have been updated in accordance with Consultant <br /> discussion with the City and applicant's attorney on January 23, 2013. Additionally, <br /> Consultant will ensure that the analyses is consistent with the data and assumptions <br /> used and that all revisions in the IS/MND are technically accurate.
