The goal of tl�e Applications is to <br /> improve existing eonditions, not to ��nerate r�ew sales, <br /> T�e Applications are based on the I'i��al Enviroi��nental Irnpact Report that was certi£�ied ir� 20�7 <br /> (the "2��7 FEIF�") by the City of Redvvood Czty {the "City") for re-canstruc�ic�n and expansion <br /> o�tke previous Castco Wareho�s�, inci�c�izzg a l6 vfp f�eii��g faciiity. While the 2007 PEIR <br /> anticipated a volume of trips to the fu�ling facility that would �ratrant at Ieast 16 vfps and tlae <br /> 2007 FEIR was eertifed �or I� vfps, the 2007 Use Permit was issued for only 12 vfps. Since <br /> completion of the l2 vpf fueling facility in 2009, the tra�fzc to tl�e fuelir�g faci.lity has prov�n to <br /> be very close to that ar�fiicipated by the 2407 FEYR, and tl�e capacity of the 12 vpf facility has <br /> proven ta b� inadequa�e.
