Appearance and finish of all concrete improvements constructed shall not contain "bird baths" or <br /> pond water and shall be smooth and ridge free. <br /> D. Finish grade at top of curb, flow line of gutter, and the finish cross section of concrete <br /> improvements shall conform to the design grades and cross sections. <br /> E. Variation of concrete improvements from design grade and cross section as shown or called for <br /> on the plans shall not exceed the tolerances established in Sections 73-1.05 and/or 73-1.06 of <br /> the State Standard Specifications, as applicable. <br /> 3.15 RESTORATION OF EXISTING IMPROVEMENTS <br /> A. Existing pavement or other improvements removed or damaged due to the installation of <br /> concrete improvements shall be replaced in kind. <br /> B. Existing landscaping or planting removed, damaged or disturbed due to the installation of <br /> concrete improvements shall be replaced in kind. <br /> 3.16 CLEANUP <br /> A.
