The Administrative Draft Report will be revised upon receipt of <br /> one set of consolidated, internally consistent comments from the City and provide the Draft <br /> Report and Improvement Plan for public circulation. <br /> Task 5.2. Draft Report and Improvement Plan and Community Meetings <br /> Consultant shall revise the Administrative Draft Report and Improvement Plan based on <br /> comments received in Task 5.1, and present the Draft Report and Improvement Plan for public <br /> review. For each school, Consultant shall present the related recommendations at one <br /> community meeting. The meeting time and location will be identified by the City or Redwood <br /> City 2020. The Consultant shall lead stakeholder outreach in coordination with Redwood City <br /> 2020 — with potential participants including the school community, neighbors, local businesses <br /> and public agency (City, County, SamTrans, etc.) representatives. <br /> The meeting will include an overview presentation of recommendations, including draft <br /> engineering improvements, priorities, and programs followed by a breakout session for <br /> participant comment. <br /> Consultant shall send a Community Meeting Summary Memo outlining comments gathered at <br /> each meeting. The memo shall include comments, responses, and proposed revisions. <br /> Task 5.3. Final Report and Improvement Plan <br /> Consultant shall review the Final Report and Improvement Plan upon receipt of one set of <br /> consolidated, internally consistent comments from the City in Task 5.2. <br /> Task 5.4. Encouragement Programs Toolkit <br /> Consultant shall develop an Encouragement Programs Toolkit for up to 5 Safe Routes to School <br /> Programs selected by the City and Redwood City 2020.
