PUBLIC COMMENT AND CONSENT CALENDAR (Agenda packet page # 8) <br /> Items on the Consent Calendar are considered to be routine by the City <br /> Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority and will be enacted by one <br /> motion and one vote. The "Public Comment and Consent Calendar" category is limited <br /> to 15 minutes of comment to be allocated as determined by the Mayor. A speaker will <br /> be given one opportunity to speak under "Public Comment and Consent Calendar". If <br /> you wish to speak, please complete a speaker's card, identify the specific item you are <br /> speaking to on the card, and give it to the Deputy City Clerk. <br /> CITY COUNCIL: Waive reading of the consent calendar and the full text of ordinances <br /> and resolutions, and approve the Consent Calendar items. <br /> 1. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the Cooperative <br /> Service Agreement for five-year duration and Scope of Work/Budget Plan for <br /> $48,134.00 for the first year between the City of Redwood City and United <br /> States Department of Agriculture Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service <br /> Wildlife Services. <br /> 2.
