Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the Cooperative <br /> Service Agreement for five-year duration and Scope of Work/Budget Plan for <br /> $48,134.00 for the first year between the City of Redwood City and United <br /> States Department of Agriculture Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service <br /> Wildlife Services. <br /> 2.
