the Joint Facilities paid by it, in determining the aliocation of the costs of <br /> construction of Stage 1 of the Project. <br /> (b) Capital Costs of Stage 2 of the Proiect. The Capital Costs of Stage 2 of <br /> the Project shall be and have been allocated to the respective Agencies based <br /> upon each such Agency's aggregate payments for the financing of each increment <br /> thereof corresponding to the maximum capacity rights of each Agency as <br /> determined pursuant to subdivision (b) of Section 7.2. <br /> (c) Subsequent Capital Costs. Capital Costs for the reconstruction, <br /> replacement, rehabilitation, remodeling, relocation and repair of Stage 1 and <br /> Stage 2 of the Project or any component thereof or addition thereto, shall be <br /> allocated among the Agencies based upon the percentage that the sum of their <br /> respective Stage 1 and Stage 2 shares of capacity rights comprises of the total <br /> capacity rights of Stages 1 and 2, expressed in gallons per day volume of Average <br /> Daily Dry Weather Flow as set forth in Subdivision B of Exhibit A." <br /> 6.
