The City Manager or his designee is hereby authorized and directed to submit <br /> an application to the Local Agency Formation Commission requesting approval of an <br /> extension of the water service outside the City's jurisdictional boundaries and within the <br /> City's sphere of influence and water service area to the property at 611 Glenloch Way, <br /> Unincorporated San Mateo County, California (APN 068-021-290) pursuant to California <br /> Government Code Section 56133 of the Cortese-Knox-Hertzberg Local Government <br /> Reorganization Act of 2000. <br /> 2.
