MINUTE ORDER <br /> JOINT CITY COUNCIL/SUCCESSOR AGENCY/ <br /> PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY <br /> MEETING <br /> March 25, 2013 <br /> MO. 13-059 <br /> CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br /> Redwood City <br /> Date: March 27, 2013 <br /> Attention: City Attorney <br /> Community Development Director <br /> �`*hard copy available upon request** <br /> SUBJECT: Cooperative Service Agreement between the City of Redwood City <br /> and United States Department of Agriculture Animal and Plant Health Inspection <br /> Service Wildlife Services for levee predator management <br /> AGENDA ITEM: 6.1 B (304) <br /> Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on March 25, 2013. <br /> Present: Council Members Bain, Foust, Ira, Pierce, Seybert, Vice Mayor Gee, and Mayor Aguirre <br /> M/S Seybert/Gee by motion, to <br /> 1. approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the Cooperative Service <br /> Agreement for a five-year duration and Scope of Work/Budget Plan for <br /> $48,134.00 for the first year between the City of Redwood City and the United <br /> States Department of Agriculture Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service <br /> Wildlife Services; and, <br /> 2. authorize the City Manager to execute future Scope of Work/Budget plans within <br /> the five-year durations of the Cooperative Service Agreement, providing that the <br /> new scopes of work/budget plans do not exceed $60,000 annually, and that the <br /> predator management service is performed to the City's satisfaction. <br /> Motion carried nimously by electronic vote. <br /> � <br /> 1��n m������� <br /> via Vonderlinden � <br /> Municipal City Clerk <br />
