Suggested Walking and Bicycling Routes to School Maps <br /> Task 4.1. Suggested Walking and Bicycle Routes to School Maps <br /> Consultant shall develop one Draft Suggested Walking and Bicycling to School Routes to <br /> School Map for each of the six project schools. The routes witl be based on the findings from the <br /> audits and professional judgment. <br /> The maps will show: <br /> • Schoollocation <br /> • Suggested routes <br /> • Key traffic controls <br /> • Recommended crossing locations <br /> • Bicycle facilities (bikeways and bike parking) <br /> • Key pedestrian facilities <br /> • Crossing guard locations <br /> • School bicycle and pedestrian access points <br /> The walking maps will have a minimum one-mile radius. The bicycling maps will have a <br /> minimum three-mile radius. All maps will be provided in English and Spanish. The maps will be <br /> developed with GIS, Adobe InDesign and Illustrator. Consultant shall provide the source files as <br /> well as a PDF version. <br /> Consultant shall provide the draft maps for review and comment to the City and Redwood City <br /> 2020 and then revise them based on one set of consolidated internally consistent comments. <br /> The final maps will be provided in the Draft Report and Improvement Plan (Task 5.2). <br /> Task 4 Deliverables <br /> • Draft Suggested Walking and Bicycling Routes to School Maps (PDF) <br /> Task 5. Report and Improvement Plan <br /> Task 5.1. Administrative Draft Report and Improvement Plan <br /> At the completion of the school audits and working sessions, the Consultant shall document the <br /> findings and recommendations in an Administrative Draft Report and Improvement Plan.
