Task 3 Deliverables • Infrastructure inventory in GIS format Task 4. Suggested Walking and Bicycling Routes to School Maps Task 4.1. Suggested Walking and Bicycle Routes to School Maps Consultant shall develop one Draft Suggested Walking and Bicycling to School Routes to School Map for each of the six project schools. The routes witl be based on the findings from the audits and professional judgment. The maps will show: • Schoollocation • Suggested routes • Key traffic controls • Recommended crossing locations • Bicycle facilities (bikeways and bike parking) • Key pedestrian facilities • Crossing guard locations • School bicycle and pedestrian access points The walking maps will have a minimum one-mile radius. The bicycling maps will have a minimum three-mile radius. All maps will be provided in English and Spanish. The maps will be developed with GIS, Adobe InDesign and Illustrator. Consultant shall provide the source files as well as a PDF version. Consultant shall provide the draft maps for review and comment to the City and Redwood City 2020 and then revise them based on one set of consolidated internally consistent comments. The final maps will be provided in the Draft Report and Improvement Plan (Task 5.2). Task 4 Deliverables • Draft Suggested Walking and Bicycling Routes to School Maps (PDF) Task 5. Report and Improvement Plan Task 5.1. Administrative Draft Report and Improvement Plan At the completion of the school audits and working sessions, the Consultant shall document the findings and recommendations in an Administrative Draft Report and Improvement Plan.
