<br /> properties. This classification includes operations such as manufacturin� finished parts or
<br /> products primarilV from previouslV prepared materials; commercial laundries and drv cleanin�
<br /> plants; mobile home manufacturin�; monument works; en�ravin�; computer and electronic
<br /> product manufacturin�; furniture and related product manufacturin�; and industrial services.
<br /> Does not include stora�e, mini-stora�e, or self-stora�e.
<br /> Personal Stora�e (Mini-Stora�e) (Land Use). A structure or �roup of structures containin�
<br /> �enerallv small, individual, compartmentalized stalls or lockers rented as individual stora�e
<br /> spaces•
<br /> Residential Care Facilitv, Senior (land use). Facilities providin� housin� arran�ement,
<br /> supervision, and assistance with activities of dailv livin�, such as bathin� and �roomin�, to
<br /> residents 60 vears of a�e and over and persons under 60 with compatible needs, and with
<br /> population composition and licensin� requirements consistent with Cal. Code of Re�, Title 22;
<br /> Division 6, Chapter 8.
<br /> Truck Terminal (land use). Anv lot, buildin�, or part of a buildin� used primarilv for the stora�e,
<br /> maintenance, or servicin� of hi�hway-type vehicles carryin� persons or property includin�, but
<br /> not limited to, trucks and buses. Truck Terminal does not include parkin� of vehicles in
<br /> connection with a Permitted Use or repairin� or maintainin� vehicles used in connection with a
<br /> permitted use on the same lot as the permitted use.
<br /> Vehicle/Equipment Repair, Maior (land use). The repair of automobiles, trucks, motorcvcles,
<br /> mobile homes, recreational vehicles, and boats, includin� the sale, installation, and servicin� of
<br /> related equipment and parts. This classification includes auto repair shops, body and fender
<br /> shops, transmission shops, but excludes vehicle dismantlin� or salva�in� and tire retreadin� or
<br /> recappin�.
<br /> Vehicle/Equipment Service and Repair, Minor (land use). The service and repair of automobiles,
<br /> li�ht-dutv trucks, boats, and motorcvcles, includin� the sale, installation, and servicin� of
<br /> related equipment and parts. This classification includes the replacement of small automotive
<br /> parts and liquids as an accessorv use to a �asoline sales station or automotive accessories and
<br /> supplv store, and quick-service oil, tune-up and brake and muffler shops where repairs are
<br /> made or service provided in enclosed bavs and no vehicles are stored overni�ht. This
<br /> classification excludes disassemblv, removal or replacement of maior components such as
<br /> en�ines, drive trains, transmissions or axles; automotive bodv and fender work, vehicle paintin�
<br /> or other operations that �enerate excessive noise, obiectionable odors or hazardous materials,
<br /> and towin� services. It also excludes repair of heavv trucks, limousines or construction vehicles.
